Our commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount, therefore all our products are covered by our “Consumer Satisfaction Guarantee” policy. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the results of your Liddell Laboratories purchase, we will gladly accept returns for credit of the original purchase price with proper Return Authorization* submission. Just give us a call, it’s that simple.

Consumer Return Policy – Terms & Conditions:
- All returns must be requested within 60 days of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase is REQUIRED:

- Billing Address.
- Retail Partner Purchases: Please return product to the store where purchased, we authorize all of our retail partners to accept consumer returns. Please be prepared to provide the them with the following:

- Copy of Your Original Dated Store Cash Register Receipt
- Billing Address
- Once approved, we will provide a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER & email final paperwork.
- Please be sure to note your Return Authorization Number on the Shipping label* and INCLUDE a copy of Return Authorization paperwork with your carefully packaged product.

*Due to regulatory requirements, ALL returned goods MUST have a Returned Authorization Number (RA) on the returned shipping label to be accepted and expedited.
- For your protection, please ship via FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post so that your return can be traced if necessary.
- Return shipping costs will only be credited on direct orders that arrived to you damaged or expired; no exceptions.
- Upon receipt, a credit will be processed and applied to your credit card or mailed a refund check. Please allow 10-21 days for processing.
- Credited amount will be for the net purchase price of the product only, less any coupons or discounts, including product purchases tied to promotional offerings, including mail in rebates, bounce back coupons, loyalty reward programs, and coupons received at the register.
- Liddell Laboratories will NOT refund any state or local taxes.

Direct Shipping Policy:
- Standard Shipping mode is BESTWAY determined by Liddell Laboratories.
- Free USPS Shipping is provided on all orders totaling $50.00 and above.
- Expedited Shipping options are available at the customer’s expense (i.e., 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air).
- Orders received Monday through Friday by 1:00 pm CST will ship same day. Orders received after deadline may ship the following business day.
- All Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following business day.
- Delivery services cannot be guaranteed once they leave our dock and are in the care of the shipper. Tracking numbers can be provided as needed.
- Orders shipped to PO Boxes must be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
- Expedited shipping requests to PO Boxes will be converted to Priority Mail (2nd Day Air) and/or Express Mail (Next Day Air) at the customer’s expense.
- International orders are accepted to most countries, please call or email us directly to place your order and establish shipping charges. All international orders must have customer approval of shipping charges prior to shipping.
Order Modification or Cancellation:
Daily deadline to cancel or modify your order is 1pm CST daily, please call our Customer Service Department to make those changes. Should you order over the weekend, please contact us on the next business day before the 1pm CST deadline.
If your order has already shipped, please refuse delivery upon arrival. Please allow 10-15 business days to process refused orders. Your account will be credited once the order has been received, verified and approved. Credit will be considered for product only, shipping charges are not eligible for refund on cancelled orders.
Product Exchange:
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
